Can You Believe Its September!!

I'm really bad at writing on here....lol its been awhile....

Well what's new.....hmm OH I got a new job!! I quite the post office and got a job at Black's Photography, I'm working at the downtown location... I'm loving it!! I like working with new people, and more along the line of what I love to do! I'm good at selling cameras and everything to go with it.... people can see that I really love photography and it shows when you talk to them.....and it is great seeing others photos, a lot of holiday photos coming in it makes me want to travel even more!!! AND my favorite part is I get a discount on everything which that can get me in trouble........lol It is a full time job so 40 hours a week plus benefits and all the good stuff, I would have never got with the post office and I'm making more money too!! With no stress well it is different stress but it is good stress which doesn't make me sick......

hmm what else is new..... Melissa's got her wedding photos back Amanda took them and did a amazing job!! I can't wait to get a copy so I can print some off!! I have so many bare walls to cover hehe I also took Jennifer to Back Street Boys again she loved it!! I like the one in 2005 better when I took her last time....

Wow it has been forever since I wrote on here.....I have been sooooo busy!!

Since last time I wrote I have moved to my new house, which I'm LOVING!!! I'm getting it all set up the way I like it. It's a lot of hard work, still waiting for book shelf's and other things we need to get at Ikea in time. BUT I have put up some of my photos (my Vegas wall), I have had this idea since Feb when Mitch and I went on holidays. It looks great, I LOVE IT.....hehe it's the first thing you see when you walk in the door.....hehe I just got Chuck back from Mom and Dad's. They were dog sitting for over a week and the house just didn't feel right without him... I had to cut his nails they where making so much noise. Something we aren't use to since we have always had carpet....we will get use to it in time......

Melissa's wedding was the first of 3 wedding we attended...It was great, I had so much fun even getting up at 5:30 am to start hair at 6:00 am...hehe We looked so pretty and seeing Melissa all done up and getting her into her dress, what memories....then Sunday morning only after 5 hours sleep Mitch and I were up finishing packing then loading his dad's truck and unloading at the new house by noon, then my parents and I went to Melissa and Ben's gift opening then back to my NEW HOUSE to unpack......by 10:00 pm I had the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (my stuff) and my DVDs all unpacked..... I slept like the dead that night, Monday morning getting up at 6:00 am to go to work I felt like I was hit by a truck EVERYTHING HURT and I mean everything.....lol I did way to much that day but I couldn't help myself I love unpacking......hehe..... 

Mitch and I made it a year. I can't believe it was been that long already it still feels like yesterday.....hehe we went to Cirque Du Soleil it was amazing I loved it and I think Mitch enjoyed it too. It was a nice treat to go there and I got a free magnet when I only bought 1 hehe....that's what happens when its busy. Then my 4 day weekend turned into 2 days when one of my staff ran off to Ottawa and I have still not seen or heard from her....grrr!!! when I was working a 9 hour shift Mitch and his family were cleaning and filling my POOL......hehe On the Sunday we had another wedding to attend, this one was friends of Mitch's... it was a medieval wedding, it was pretty cool. Then on Monday we both had the day off cause it was the holiday so we spent most of the day in the pool and even Tyler came over to swim with us it was so much fun.....Mitch and I got so sun burnt cause we are so white....lol Mitch was redder then me but I still bitched the most....lol 

Then our last wedding was in Red Deer this past weekend for Jason and Kim....( mom and dad babysat Chuck again) Mitch went to high school with Jason and we went up there for a weekend a few months ago......It was so nice to stay were the wedding was so we didn't have to leave so early PLUS we could drink in the room and not pay the $5+ to get a drink....the food at all 3 weddings was great I think I gained weight hehe.......we had a blast at every ones wedding they were all beautiful and everyone one looked lovely and so happy I LOVED IT....(my turn now....lol)

Now life is back to normal for now at least......lol time to start saving money not spending.....a lot easier said then done, well Mitch and I are saving for two things a new tattoo each and a much need holiday for the new year....I could go for a holiday right about now but not yet I must wait....hehe the tattoo I have been wanting to get is Chuck's paw print on my foot cause he is always stepping on my feet and sitting s0 close. I'm shocked I haven't tripped over him yet. I want to get the tattoo before he passes cause then it might be to hard to get it done.....he is getting up there he is 12 now and starting to show his age and Mitch has a few ideas but he isn't sharing yet....lol

But now that I wrote a novel, I'm done....hehe next time it wont be a month and 1/2 before I write again....well I hope lol

Wow what a summer

Well it was been awhile again, I'm not so good at blogging....lol life is SO BUSY! I just don't know where my time goes.... If you find some time floating around send it my way....lol

Well I have come to the point of no return on how busy our summer is going to be, to sum it up: 3 weddings (two in Calgary and one in Red Deer), another house move, and our 1st anniversary ALL IN 3 WEEKS!! Ya I know I'm crazy! But it's going to be fun! I LOVE weddings and I get to be in one this summer!!

The other two are friends of Mitch's, while my friends too....They are going to be a blast, one has a midevil, theme how cool is that! The other is in Red Deer, and they know how to throw a party!! Mitch and I went up there in April to have a gaming party (there was a new game for WII-Super Smash Brothers) it was so much fun, even though I'm not a gamer I still won one battle against 3 BOYS!! That was my highlight of the weekend!! HEHE

August 1 will be our one year!! I can't believe it has been that long already!! Only 45 days away.....=) I started talking to Mitch in early spring but didn't meet till August 1, when we met for dinner. Which we almost missed each other cause I was waiting inside and he was hiding around the back, so I couldn't see him when I was pacing the front....lol but I found him and the rest is history.... For our anniversary we are going to see one of my most favorite things ever Cirque Du Soleil. The show we are going to see is

This weekend Mitch and I met up with him mom and brother for lunch, which was great. We went to the Cheese Cake Cafe and of course they were out of the cheese cake that I really wanted, so we had piece of peach & raspberry, it was really good....then the boys and I when to see THE INCREDIBLE HULK ....It was better then I thought it was going to be......But who dosen't love comic book movies....hehe
Well that is all that is new with me.....lol. I know it's a lot but I did say it is going to be busy summer..... =)

Life Gets So Busy!!

Well it has been a while since I blogged, its been a busy and I don't where my time goes.....=) well I had my 24th birthday so now I'm old...lol no.... It was a good day, I got to spend the day with my boys. Mitch and I went to see Indiana Jones #4 it was good I liked it a lot better then the 2nd one, witch I though was a waste of time...then Mitch and I went to pizza hut yummy...(now I want some pizza.....lol) Then we just hang out at home cause it was pouring ALL RAIN NON-STOP the weather was really shitty!!!

Then on Friday I went to mom and dad's to get Jennifer she came home for the weekend, I took her out for her birthday. We went to dinner and a movie just the two of us. We went to see The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian it was good, but the first one is better I thought, Jennifer loved it, you can tell they are going to make more. Then Jennifer came back to my place for a sleepover, she just loved it.On Saturday the 24th we had a family BBQ at mom's and everyone was there all 8 of us....Tyler had to go to work so he missed dinner....it was a fun day even thought it was raining and the house is all up rooted cause mom and dad are redoing the whole upstairs, the best part was ICE CREAM CAKE....he he it said Happy Birthday Mark, Mitch, Jennifer and Mandy on it all in different colors....I would hate to be the person that had to get all the names on the cake and they didn't even mis-spell any names....lol (I have seen that before)

I can't believe how time just flies by it's already June 3 wow it is like summer soon, we would never know it from all the rain showers we have had in the last 3 weeks I'M GETTING TIRED OF THE RAIN!!! Talking to Melissa last night about her wedding which is just around the corner wow that is coming fast!!! And all the stuff we have to do.....Plus if Melissa's wedding is coming fast that mean Michelle and Z are coming home soon....I can't wait for that week to come!! I miss them like crazy and I haven't seen Michelle since x-mas.... =( hmmmm there isn't much new with me other then that.....lol Thanks for reading, blog again soon!!

Rain rain go away.....

Well I'm all moved in and set up..... it took awhile as there was a lot to do but the place looks really good I took photos (will post photos later)...... I can't believe it is my birthday tomorrow +) It's almost the end of May already can you believe it.....

I can't believe the shitty morning I had....I woke up at 5:45 had a shower and got ready for the day then grabbed a coat, umbrella (cause it was pouring outside) and took Chuck for his morning walk. Well so to say the least Chuck cried the whole time we were outside cause he was getting so wet and he wouldn't stop to got to the bathroom so I gave up and went back home to find out that I left my keys inside..... Thank god I had my cell phone on me so I called Mitch who was almost at the train so he came back to let Chuck and me back in the house making him really late for work but he didn't mind that..... he minded the fact he had to stand in the rain again waiting for the bus then come back home then back in the rain again but there wasn't much I could do but say sorry over and over again.....So I was wet cold and really late for work....WHAT A MORNING!!! I got a key cut to put on Chucks leash so this never happens again.....

hmmm what else has happened lately hmmm......OH on Sunday Mitch and I got up to make breakfast when Mitch noticed that Chewy's cage was open well lets just say that the world stopped till we found her over 1/2 hour later, she was under the kitchen cupboards...... that was not our best moment Mitch was upset cause we couldn't find her and he thought that maybe Chuck got her but I know that he didn't so I was upset that he was blaming the dog so we were fighting then the moment we found her it was back to normal.... well for us it was, Chewy on the other hand was under house arrest...hehe

Anyways Mitch and I are off work tomorrow cause it is MY BIRTHDAY!! So I get to spend the day with my boys and sleep in I cant wait!!!! =)

WOW what a week!!!

Well I have had a really busy week.....

Thursday was Mitch's 26 birthday so we went to his mom's and dad's for the day, we played pool I only won when we played teams were Mitch helped me....lol then we moved to darts I won one game, then we played card games till Mitch's dad got home for dinner were we had sweet 'n' sour chili and t-bone steaks....hehe

Friday went home to finish packing and spend the day with mom.....then Amanda and I went to BP's for dinner and then a cheap movie...=) we seen the Bucket List it was so funny great friend movie I love girl nights.........

Saturday finished up anything I had left to do at mom and dad's then helped dad move things downstairs now that all the girls moved out mom and dad are redoing the whole upstairs go figure....lol Then mom, dad, Ty and I went to Chinook Bowling for Jennifer's b-day I lose a game Jen was having a blast she had a big smile on her face the whole time =) hard to believe that she is 21 god that makes me feel old....=( we all grow up then I got the best phone call Mitch called to me tell his old roomy is all gone and that the place was ours!!! Then I was the one with the big smile.....hehe so I went back to MY PLACE or I should say OUR PLACE......hehe

Sunday was MOVING DAY!!! Mitch's parents came over and his mom and I went food shopping when the boys went and loaded up the truck and dad was home so he packed up the SUV and had me moved in ONE TRIP it took less then an hour.... and I thought I had a lot of stuff....hehe shopping took that longer....lol it was nice shopping with Darcy then it was unpacking and cleaning for the rest of the day.....=)

That takes me to today I have been cleaning, unpacking, sleeping, working , unpacking and more cleaning for the last 3 days....but it is fun, hard work and my body is killing me but I will live....lol
It feels weired being away from home but I loving it and having Chuck here helps makes it feel more like home....=)

Another step closer

I can't believe that this is the last Monday in my parents house I'm leaving soon like the end of the week WOW... new mile stone for me.... scary shit but good shit hehe...... can't wait to be living on my own with Mitch so now I won't miss him so much in the times apart...... I know I'm driving Mitch crazy with my millions of questions.... You know me I need to know as much as possible I hate surprises and the unknown scares me and Mitch is being very patience.... but the sweat and hard work is going pay off in a few short days.....

WOW there is a lot to do when you are moving out...... WOW who know.... lol well not me... =) well today is set up day and a lot of phone calls..... which I have never had to do before I called Direct Energy and Enmax to get power, water and gas hooked up.... still waiting for Shaw and State Farm to call, Mitch and I both did a applications online now we have to wait for them to call...... I love the question in the applications (state farm) Do you own any exotic animals as pet?? NO I think Chuck and Chewy (Mitch's Hamster) are not on the list for exotic...... LOL hehe..... what a day... and a lot of money spent in no time.... god money sure flies out of the pocket.... 

OOHHH must share my first blonde moment of the week and sure not going to be the last.... hehe mom and I were groceries shopping and she told me to grab a 6pk of hamburger patties and guess what I grabbed..... Bison Patties...... GROSS OOPS now I have to take them back and claim a blonde moment cause they are never going to be eaten here......GROSS.....

I was packing when mom tells me to get my camera there is a Peregrine Falcon in the tree, we have always heard one but it is the first time we could get a photo well I started to take some photos when a male flies in for a quickie...lol GROSS BIRDIES!!!
Then I get looking at my camera and it dawned on me that I have photos on here that I haven't downloaded.....lol....so here are some more photosA foggy day walk to work, Kennedi and Chuck meet it was so cute our babies.... =)Mitch had got me a ticket to go see Martina McBride then he out did himself he was working the floor well on his break he gave me wrist pass to get on the floor and then another one to get into the FRONT ROW it was so cool she was only like 10 feet way it was so awesome something I will never forget.... =)Then Mitch and I went to a hockey game in club seats it was so cool to be that close for a flames game to bad they didn't get past the first round ....maybe next year =)Then this is what my basement looks like right now as I pack up all my stuff I can't believe how much stuff I have.... well I just have a few more things to pack up like my clothes and bathroom stuff but everything else is done and boxed now I have to move them =( and some are really heavy not look forward to moving them....... wish me luck.... lol

A new month

You must go and see Iron Man it was a great movie I can see it being the movie of the summer.... I liked it a lot..... it was really well done and the 4 guys I went with loved it too...... the threat was packed and there were brothers at the end of our row that one brother dared the other to go in front of everyone and sing I'm a little tea pot..... Mitch's favorite part was that he got every ones attention first so the whole movie threat went quite it was so funny he even did all the moves and to see his brother laughing his head off was funny too.... the beat earned him $500 it was pretty funny.....

Thank god it is May.... last day of taxes were yesterday it was crazy busy and I had to a 9 hour shift it totally sucked..... well the last 3 days were crazy busy in the 3 days there was 1,265 poeple coming through our little post office.... good thing I have a good team it made it a little smoother then last year... But the thing that drives me nuts is that people know that taxes are coming it is the same day every year and still they wait to the last minute to do them then they are rushed and stressed it is crazy..... same at Christmas too..... I just shake my head at them..... 

May is going to fly by.... I'm so busy this month starting off with getting my dress/shoes for Melissa's wedding (date unknown), Mitch's birthday (May 8th), Jennifer's birthday (May 9th), moving days (May 7th-12 ish), Mother's day (May 12th), my birthday (May 22) and the big family birthday party (May 24th) for Mitch, Jennifer, Myself and Mark(May 30) we are having one big dinner rather then 4 birthday dinners wow it sounds busy just typing it out.... lol then all the unpacking and getting used to living on my own.... It's going to be fun lets bring it on..... lol 

First step to moving in.....=)

On Saturday Mitch and I got our new mattress =) it is the first thing of mine well ours to moving in now we have 12 more days then it is OUR PLACE.....I know I can't wait but I think Mitch is more excited it is cute... =) We have been sleeping on my double and Mitch's twin so our new queen bed feels huge....and it is soft we went a rented Hitman in Bluray the blood looks really good in HD....lol then we watched another movie just so we could stay in bed....lol Now I can't wait to get our other furniture the mattress is going to look great in our sleigh bed heheMitch had entered my name into a Iron Man contest and everyone else he knows..... well his mom win movie passes and I won the grand prize which includes 2 movie passes, a game, a book, and toys but the bad thing it is at the Calgary Sun in the NE that we have to go to get the prize..... 3 buses and 1 trains we had to take a shuttle bus from Heritage to downtown cause the train line was being worked on so that sucked =( it took us 2 hours to get to the sun.... thank god dad came and got us =) but it is pretty cool that I won something I never win anything.... =) and we get to see the movie next wednesday when it doesn't come out to friday.....so Mitch his brother Matt, Tyler, maybe dad if he doesn't work and I are going to the movie.......

Well I'm almost completely done packing just a few last things left like clothes, bathroom stuff and my tunes OHH and all of Chuck's stuff cause he doesn't know that he is moving yet..... HEHE but the weird thing packing up my room is my walls are bare if you know me you know how much that drives me nuts..... lol Just a few more day I keep telling myself...... But I'm off to work.... =( it is the last 3 days of taxes it is going to be a CRAZY WEEK!!! I missed it all last year cause Melissa and I were in Vancouver having our girl trip I can't believe it was a year ago already...... wish me luck on the up coming week =)

Frineds

There is something I can't live without my girls Michelle, Melissa, Amanda and yes my sisters (even though we fight sometimes) I wouldn't change anything about any of them they are amazing people!! And I'm very lucky to have met them through the years and stayed as close as we are through all these years...... =)

I think of my girls and I can't help but smile and remember all the great times from high school graduation, GRAD CAMPING and post secondary graduations, one marriage, one baby and another wedding to come so many happy memories..... What made me do the post was a book I'm reading Chicken Soup for the Girlfriends Soul and it makes you see how important it is to let your friends know important they are!!

If you haven't read it go out get it, it is a must read!! Thanks Melissa she is the one who got it for me!! Michelle I will send it to you soon I'm almost done =)

And My Sister's Keeper is a great sister book, I don't think I have ever cried so much from a book. I love this one you should read it!! I see myself as my sister's keeper for Jennifer since I have always been there for her all these years. Of course not the same in the book but something similar. This book makes your heart ache and remember the good and bad times growing up with a sisters and thank god it never ended that way!!

LOVE YOU GIRLS I WOULDN'T BE THE SAME WITHOUT YOU!!  

My feet are frozen =(

Well today started off pretty bad cause I had a killer headache it took 3 rounds of extra strength pain killers to kill that headache then after work....I went to job fair with RCB, I had to go through a questionaire then moved into another room where there was a real interview then you.... you either get a blue paper(which means 2nd interview) or white(go home you suck...lol) well I got the blue and got another view by then it was over an hour.....well I should know if I got the job by the end of the month.... OOOHHH and I got to touch a OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL Colleen Sostorics she is a 2x gold medalist in woman's hockey she was pretty cool to talk to when I was waiting in line to be questioned......Now I'm sitting wrapped up in a blanket trying to warm up since I'm chilled to the bone....Mom, Ty and I are watching Jon and Kate plus 8 we love that show it is a good idea on how to raise kids and what not to do like have 8 kids.....lol I think now that I only want 2 =) hehe 

Snow......what happend to SPRING !!!

Well this weekend sucked compared to last week which was hot and sunny... In our back yard we had a snow drift 18 inches high....and lucky me had to work Saturday for 9 hours and dad wasn't home so I had to walk to work, it isn't that bad 15 mins tops but yesterday it look me over 30 mins and all I could think about is I need a car!! Then that got old I thought of the movie Rocky #4 when he is in Russia training in the snow and said he is crazy I don't know how many times....lol cause the time I got to work I was late and my legs were like jelly not much fun.....We went from + teens to -22 with wind chills in one week Calgary sucks for that.....this morning Jennifer (she is home for the weekend) Tyler and I are playing Guitar Hero which I suck at, well sucks it a hard word maybe I have to play it more to get better well on the other hand Tyler is a guitar hero in the making and Jennifer well I can alway say that there is someone I know who is worse then me lol.....well I better go get ready for another snowy day Mitch and I are heading to his parents for another birthday dinner....

It Wednesday....What!!

It was been a busy week.... 

Sunday.....

Mitch and I went the Pet Expo at the Big 4 and got so much stuff for Chuck when I got home I was showing him what I got and he was jumping around and barking with excitement it was so cute... =) and we also went to dinner at Japanese Village for his mom's birthday I have never been there so it was neat seeing the chef chopping things and setting things on fire and making all your food right in front of you......

Monday....

Work was crazy busy gotta to love tax time...=( but the only good thing it makes the shift go by fast...then I met mom, dad and Mitch and we all went mattress shopping, where Mitch and I had to lay down and try all the different mattresses we found one at Sleep Country....Later that night Mitch and I watched The Mummy

and watching that movie makes me want to go to Egypt so bad!! Well I hope I don't see a walking talking mummy lol but to go there is a trip of a lifetime.....

Tuesday.....

I had the day off of work so I went to Melissa's to take photos of Kennedi for her 3 months will post later....then went shopping for sheets and a mattress cover for my new bed GOD sheets are alot of money....didn't like that much but it is something that you need.....

and then it is Wednesday already.....lol

well Wednesday was the worst day of the week so far....well took me forever to get up cause I just wanted to sleep then I had to walk to work, walk in and there are problems waiting for me I swear I can't take a day off....lol.....within 10 mins I had to deal with a nasty customer with dry cleaning and explain that it isn't me washing the clothes and that we don't starch the shirts so they are hard as rock....then post office shit....and that Canada Post are thieves and we rip people off blah blah...then I made a woman cry cause she didn't have the right paperwork to do a change of address for her mother-in-law by then I was pissed off and felt like shit so I finally got a coffee and chilled out THEN I had this guy come in looking scary and weird with devil signs on his carrying case do a photo copy = .25 then his letter was over weight so the stamp cost 1.15 so with tax his total was $1.46 and he only had $1 so I said I would charge him for the photocopy and he can come back later to post it and he went off on me wanting me to pay the difference  and I was like nope come back and he got mad snapped his letter back and stormed off then he came back 20 mins later and slammed down the 3 quarters that I gave him for his change then 46 pennies and said "theres the god damn change and you count every last penny" so I took my time counting then someone asked me something so I answered them and then went back to counting, it was all there so I put the stamp on it and said "have a nice day" with a smile I was shaking I was so mad.....after that I had enough the next person to say anything to me god help them if they yelled at me...lol lucky there wasn't any cause I would have been on the news for murder....LOL 

Well lets hope the rest of the week is better then today...=)

Stop and smell the roses!

Mitch surprised me at work last week with 3 red roses and a cute teddy bear .... I have never got flowers at work before it was such a surprise....so of curse I have to take photos of my flowers I used my macro lens and here are some of the photos
